Paulchen is a London Dry Gin that gets its botanicals through maceration.

An unbelievable fragrance experience that is reminiscent of a lush herb meadow in the summer rain. Fine, multi-faceted aromas of strong juniper, fruity cranberries and blueberries meet the freshness of bitter orange, lemon peel and lemongrass.

Edelweiss, hawthorn and lavender give it a wonderful floral note, which is perfectly rounded off with a spice of coriander and pepper in the background. A very pleasing, fine-spicy and rish gin, stunningly complex and mild, despite 47% vol.
